Introduction to Mirabella’s Play Café

Our soft play is suitable for ages 0–6 years old; older children are welcome to come to Mirabella's Play Café, but will not be able to use the soft play during a session. When booking an exclusive hire party, older children are welcome to go in the soft play with younger children and join in the party if you wish.

We welcome all party requests, from birthday parties to christenings, baby showers and gender reveals. Mirabella’s can also be hired exclusively for older children, whereby we can offer Lush Parties, Build a Bear, Pamper Parties, Disco, Karaoke, Pottery Painting, and Mascot/Princess visits. If you have a vision, we would love to hear it and can work with you to make it happen.

Yes, we do. Mirabella's Play Café is fully air-conditioned and maintains a comfortable temperature throughout the day, whatever the weather outside.

Bottle Warming

We are happy to warm bottles for your little one.

Please ask a member of staff if you have forgotten something for your baby, as we do keep a selection of items such as spare nappies and baby wipes.

We open at 9:15 am until 3:15 pm on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. On a Thursday, we are open from 10:45 am until 1:45 pm and closed on a Tuesday.

At weekends, we are open from 9:15 AM until 4:45 PM for soft play sessions; however, this is subject to if we have exclusive hire party bookings. Our exclusive hire parties run at 10 AM, 12:30 PM, and 3 PM and can be extended if required. We also host parties outside of our usual hours.

Our team at Mirabella's Play Café will watch to ensure your child/children play safely; however, parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and care of their child/ children whilst visiting Mirabella's Play Café.

We recommend booking a soft play session before visiting to ensure we have availability, especially on a weekend when we may have an exclusive hire party booking. If you are planning a last-minute visit, please check availability on our website before visiting to ensure there is space.

If you are already in Touchwood, Solihull, we do accept walk-ins on the day, so you are more than welcome to pop in to see if there is space. We do accept walk-ins outside of session times as long as we have availability in our following session to accommodate this. If we have an exclusive hire party, there will be a sign on the door informing all guests of this; therefore, entry will not be possible during that time. However, we have tables and chairs outside if you wish to join us for a drink, bite to eat, gelato or sweet treat, and we will be happy to welcome you.

Yes, of course, we will not give your booking away as you can arrive anytime during your pre-booked soft play session; however, we will unfortunately not be able to extend your session beyond your booked session time.

In line with our Booking Terms & Conditions, all tickets purchased online are non-refundable; however, if you are unable to attend, your booking can be transferred, provided 48 hours' notice is given. Please email contact@mirabellasplaycafe.com to transfer your booking to another play session within 6 weeks of your original booking date.

Yes, of course, customers are welcome to visit and enjoy food, drinks & sweet treats without using the soft play. We have seating allocated for this on a first-come, first-served basis and also have seating outside customers are welcome to use.

Yes, we do; we serve a selection of wine, beer & prosecco, amongst other alcoholic drinks. Drinks packages can be pre-booked, and we can meet all requests made in advance when booking an exclusive event.

During the week, the closest car park is Touchwood Car Park; we are located just outside the turning circle doors between Zara and Costa on Touchwood Gardens. If visiting on a Saturday or Sunday, there is a Council House pay and display car park directly opposite Mirabella's Play Café. There are also numerous other car parks in Solihull that are close by, such as Mell Square and John Lewis.

Yes, there are lots of public transport links to us because we are located in the centre of Solihull.

Buses

There are lots of good bus connections to Solihull town centre, and the stops are less than a 5-minute walk to Mirabella's Play Café, with the buses arriving at the top end of Touchwood Shopping Centre.

Trains

Solihull train station is less than a ten-minute walk from Mirabella's Play Café and is signposted to Solihull Town Centre.

As all of our food is freshly prepared and made to order, we can accommodate all dietary requests. Please speak to a member of the team on the day with any special requests prior to ordering.

As we serve a full menu of freshly prepared food for adults and children, made to order, unfortunately, we do not allow visitors to bring and consume their own food and drinks.

Yes, at Mirabella's Play Café, we have outdoor seating if you wish to join us for a bite to eat and refreshments without having a soft play booking.
